MOIST HEAT THERAPY

Heat the Knee Wrap in a microwave for just a few minutes. Then enjoy the penetrating moist heat and relaxing aromas for 30 to 45 minutes. Reheat it as often as you like. There are no electric cords to limit your movement. Use it to relax sore or strained muscles - or just to warm up on a cold night! When using it hot, place the soft fleece side toward your skin.

COLD THERAPY

Store the Knee Wrap in a freezer in a ziplock bag until it has reached the desired temperature. It remains therapeutically cold for 20 - 25 minutes, and unlike conventional cold packs, it remains pliable so it contours easily to the body. You don't have to worry about any leaking chemical gels. When using it cold, have the fleece side away form your skin.

The Knee Wrap is filled with a blend of herbs and rice that can relieve pain and stiffness in muscles and joints & increase circulation.

The Knee Wrap has a soft fleece on one side which allows for moist heat penetration. The other side is a durable material that maximizes heat retention.
