Shipping

Shipping and handling rates for most items are based on order total. Some products will be subject to a shipping surcharge due to excess weight and/or size. Most orders will be shipped within three working days. Items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together. Shipping and handling rates for the continental US are as follows:

  • Up to $45.00: $9.95
  • $45.01 - $75.00: $10.95
  • $75.01 - $100.00: $12.95
  • $100.01 - $150.00: $19.95
  • $150.01 - $200.00: $24.95
  • $200.01 - $300.00: $29.95
  • $300.01 - $400.00: $34.95
  • $400.01 - $500.00: $39.95
  • Over $500.00: $49.95

WE CURRENTLY SHIP TO THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY via USPS, UPS and FedEx Ground. Other shipping methods will be offered soon. We do not ship to Canada at this time due to high shipping costs.






 

Returns and Exchanges

Please do not return any items until you contact customer service. Once customer service reviews your situation, and agrees to accept your item for exchange or refund, you will be given an (RMA#). The address and instructions for return or exchange will be given once you are issued an (RMA#). Please review our Return Policy below.

We are happy to accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of original shipment on all products with the exception of mattresses, magnetic mattress pads, pillows & bedding and body braces which due to strict health regulations may not be returned.

CMGHealth will not accept returns on items that have been laundered, or specially customized. CMGHealth will not accept returns of damaged items as a result of misuse, neglect, or improper environmental conditions.

  • Returned Items must be in resalable condition.
  • All items must be issued an (RMA#) from Customer Service before any return.
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
  • If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
  • We do not accept returns of DVDs, videos or CDs that have been opened.
  • Original packing slip must be included with all returns.
  • Return shipment must be postmarked no later than 30 days after date of original shipment.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
  • Items that have Free Shipping will have shipping charges deducted from the amount refunded along with the 15% restocking fee. Please see shipping rates above.
